In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Bukola Aladesulu is an advocate for youth development. She currently serves as the President of Teenovation and is actively developing her startup, Upthrive. She engages in local and global initiatives like the World Creative Business Cup and CWM-United Nations. She is one of the newly appointed Lagos State Youth Ambassadors, under the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development. She is a fellow of the Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative (CYFI) of the United States Consulate and the Management Institute of Finland, where she represented Lagos State in Finland and Sweden. She is also an Ilera Eko Champion under the Lagos State Ministry of Health. Bukola's commitment to social impact is evident in her multifaceted leadership roles and accolades.

Jeiel Damina
