Ameen-e-Mudassar is the Founder & CEO of CIGMA, an Engineering graduate from PESIT Bangalore. After working with MphasiS India, he co-founded TransiT mPower Labs Pvt Ltd now mPower Global) in 2005. In 2007, he earned a Certification in Guidance & Counselling fron Christ University and founded CIGMA to provide career guidance and counselling. A trusted career counsellor, social entrepreneur, memory trainer, and motivational speaker, he has appeared as a career expert on Kannada TV channels and has written 50+ articles for leading newspapers. He has been a panellist for Deccan Herald and DNA and is a member of IAEVG, Canada. As the Chief Organizer of South India's NGOs Conference and Career Guidance & Scholarship Awareness Campaigns (CGSAP), he has impacted thousands of students across India.

Dr Mohammad Sayeed

Dr. Mohammad Sayeed is an Educational Scientist, motivational speaker, and mentor with over 30 years of experience in transforming education. Guided by his philosophy, “The Purpose of Life is to Live a Life of Purpose,” he has empowered students, teachers, and parents globally. A recipient of two Honorary Doctorates and a Lifetime Achievement Award, he has also been honored with the Edu Leadership Award (Malaysia), Best Edupreneur of India Award, and National UN Volunteer Award. As an Expert Committee Member of NCERT and Academic Council Member at St. Mother Theresa University, he specializes in student motivation, teacher training, career guidance, and psycho-social development. Founder of Dr. Sayeed Academy, he promotes stress-free learning techniques and has trained educators in Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. As President of the Association for Service to Humanity, he actively supports social initiatives, shaping the future of education.
