My name is Oyshabonu Narzullaeva, I am a social entrepreneur, startup and speaker. At the age of 15 I founded several projects at the intersection of technology, education and medicine. One of them is LexiKid, an AI application for dyslexic children that helps develop reading, memory and concentration skills.
My initiatives have been recognized at international hackathons, forums and competitions, where I have received awards and grants. I became the only participant from Central Asia at an international hackathon and was included in the list of Top 25 Women in IT in the nomination “The youngest and most successful woman in 2024”.
Now I am developing the first marketplace of construction materials in Central Asia and continue to work on socially important products. My mission is to create technological solutions with a real impact on society.

Parveen Kumar works as the Founding Director of the Center for English Language and Communication at the American University of Technology, Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
Parveen is an academician with intensive experience in teaching, administration, and coaching. His core areas of expertise are communication skills, lifelong learning, technology-enhanced learning, business communication, intercultural communication, MOOCs, public speaking, and students' skill enhancement.
He has won 05 NCERT National Awards for Educational Podcasting from Govt of India. He was a Grand Jury member in the QS Reimagine Awards 2024, United Nations Global Schools Advocate 2022, UN Global Schools Mentor in 2024 & 2025; member of ELTAI; Founding Member of Canadian Coaching Association, World Association of Online Education, OERu New Zealand and various other academic institutions.

Rahmonov Quvonchbek is a student at American University of Technology in Tashkent who transformed his university experience through the unexpected power of table tennis. Originally from Fergana, Quvonchbek arrived in Tashkent feeling isolated and invisible until discovering the university's ping pong room. Through this simple game, he built meaningful connections with professionals in his field, found his voice in the classroom, and developed the confidence to become a campus leader.
Today, Quvonchbek is the founder of his university's table tennis club and a key organizer of Zakovat, an intellectual team competition. His journey from isolation to community exemplifies how shared activities can bridge differences and create belonging in unexpected ways. Quvonchbek speaks about finding connection through passion, the shoulder-to-shoulder relationships that often prove more meaningful than networking.
