Prof. Biju Vithayathil, an engineer with an MBA from IIM Bangalore, is the Director of Amity Global Business School, Kochi since 2009 and Adjunct Faculty at IIM Kozhikode. He brings rich industry experience, having served as Business Head at Reliance Retail, where he established Reliance Fresh in Kerala and led training and operations. His career spans roles at Crompton Greaves, Modi Xerox, BHEL, and FACT. Recognized for his contributions to professional education, he received the Rashtra Deepika Business Excellence Award in 2014, presented by CM Shri Oommen Chandy. His work bridges industry insight with academic excellence.

Ebin Deni Raj

Responsible AI Visionary

Dr. Ebin Deni Raj, faculty at IIIT Kottayam, is a leading advocate for Responsible AI and founder of FACTSH Lab, which focuses on fair, safe AI for social challenges. He developed a Responsible AI Toolkit for enterprises and governments and leads global projects like one funded by the Volkswagen Foundation on explainable AI. Co-author of the ‘AI for Everyone’ booklet, he promotes AI literacy in India. His awards include Microsoft’s AI for Earth (2019) and CSI’s Best Ph.D. Thesis Award. A jury member for AI Gamechanger 2022 and Aegis Graham Bell Awards, Dr. Ebin is a global voice on AI ethics, using his TEDx talk to champion tech that serves humanity.

A recognized expert in AI, the Metaverse, and blockchain, he guides businesses through digital transformation. Through TILTLABS, he creates immersive tech solutions for global clients, while TILTEDU offers hands-on training in game development and real-time storytelling. Nikhil also serves as Vice President of SAIK and Convenor of the Digital Tech Panel at CII, advocating for AVGC-XR and digital growth in India. His work bridges tech and education, shaping the future of immersive experiences.

Sam Santhosh

Entrepreneur & Author

Sam Santhosh is a seasoned entrepreneur with 35 years of experience. He founded Calsoft and took it public before leading India’s genomics revolution through SciGenom Labs. He incubated firms like MedGenome, AgriGenome, Saksin Life Sciences, and MagGenome. MedGenome, launched in 2010, raised $120M and became India’s top genomic diagnostics firm. Called the 'Genome Man of India', he was named among Goldman Sachs’ Top 100 intriguing entrepreneurs in 2019. In 2022, he exited all companies to focus on genomics education via the SciGenom Research Foundation and is now building a 27-acre Hortus Malabaricus-inspired botanical garden in Thrissur. As advisor to K-DISC, he proposed the Kerala Genome Data Centre. An IIM Calcutta MBA, Sam lives in San Francisco and Kochi, traveling globally to explore museums and gardens.
