At just 19, Fred Hodge Jr. co-founded Clearview Washing alongside his father after identifying a major gap in customer service within the exterior cleaning industry. A proud Rowan University alum and one of the first graduates of its entrepreneurship program, Fred now serves on the university's entrepreneurship advisory board. He lives by the motto: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” His greatest achievement so far is securing a spot on the 2024 INC 5000 list, all while growing his business and prioritizing family life. Jerah is a Rowan University alumnus and entrepreneur. He is founder/CEO of BioDome Inc, working to be a pioneer in sustainable urban agriculture with an innovative rooftop farming solution - the BioDome. At BioDome, we will transform underutilized urban spaces and make them into productive green rooftops, bringing fresh, locally-sourced produce directly to people in cities. We have a mission to feed people, help cultivate healthy lifestyles for people, and most importantly, reduce the negative impacts of climate change.
