Sarah Crawford-Bohl is a healthcare leader, speaker and innovation catalyst with a passion for courageous leadership, systems transformation and human connection. With a background in nursing and advanced training in leadership, change management, facilitation and conflict resolution, Crawford-Bohl has spent her career guiding teams through complexity and purposeful change. She is known for bridging bold ideas with practical strategy — elevating leadership, strengthening culture and sparking conversations that drive lasting impact. Based on Vancouver Island, Crawford-Bohl holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Victoria and a Master’s degree in leadership from Royal Roads University.
